Lisa Philipson is a mother, author, and very weird person, in that order. Although most of her "career" has been in everything but writing, her life-long love of stories has carried her through everything else. Her works are often scary, sometimes sweet, with a dash of gory thrown in to turn the stomach.

Lisa lives in the Finger Lakes region of New York with her family and a wide array of creatures and spirits, both docile and homicidal. She wishes she could more often be found on a hammock with a glass of wine and a book.
